I moved to Clearwater, FL from the West Coast in 2005, and left a career in Accounting and Business Management. I felt ready for a change, to start a career more fitting to my personality and ambitions. My then Realtor Paola Lombardi (Broker of Great Homes Realty) recruited me to become an agent. I took the leap, started selling real estate and never looked back. I have been working with Paola’s fantastic international team at Great Homes ever since. We are an amazing group. We have diverse backgrounds. We can service customers in many different languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Hebrew, Hungarian, etc. not to mention English :-). And we are people of integrity. I am originally from Hungary, and moved to the United States in 1992 at the age of 18. I am always happy to assist my fellow Hungarians.

The market is ever changing, and I have managed for all these years to follow market trends and conditions and assist my clients to the best of my knowledge. I am a full time Realtor, which means I can be showing anywhere from 10-50 properties a week, sometimes more. I also love representing sellers and assisting them with getting their homes ready to sell, do some staging as needed, and get their properties sold within the time frame they have in mind. I know my market. I feel that I can give responsible advice to my clients, even if the right advice is to discourage a person from buying or selling.

I specialize in residential primary and vacation homes in Clearwater, Belleair, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor, Largo and the Pinellas County Beaches. My favorite waterfront areas and where my heart is, is Clearwater Beach, Sandkey Beach and Island Estates. Our office is based out of beautiful Downtown Clearwater, which is an area undergoing an exciting downtown revitalization right in front of our eyes.

I started my Real Estate Career in 2015. After being in the field for a while, I decided I enjoy the paperwork side of Real Estate and started helping agents with their transactions. As soon as you have a property under contract to buy or sell, I help coordinate with as many as 10 or more different professionals that participate in a real estate transaction. I assist our clients with the process to get them from contract to closing.

I have 22 years experience in the medical field which helped give me the attention to detail and organizational skills needed to help agents and their clients through complex real estate transactions.

I am originally from Indiana and I moved to Clearwater for the warmer weather and to be close to the water. I have several dogs, and we enjoy the Florida beaches and outdoors with them. I have no regrets moving here, and love helping other families do the same.

My name is Patricia and I am the marketing and promo director for Niki’s real estate team. We are sisters, and like Niki I was born and raised in Hungary, but have been calling Clearwater my home since 2005.
