When you list a property with me, I may do some basic staging if the property needs a “facelift”. In most cases I also pay for the professional photos and panoramic virtual tours.

Lastly, did you know that using drone photos (aerial images) to promote a property requires a “remote pilot certificate” from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)? Those who hire unlicensed drone operators are subject to an $11,000 fine per violation. The operator is liable for another $1,100 fine. Licensed drone operators are trained and insured for accidents and any damage caused by the drone. So please hire a professional if you want to promote a property.
